Online-Shop Manager, E-Commerce (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an Online Shop Manager (m/f/d) with a passion for e-commerce to take our online presence to the next level.

In concrete terms, this means continuously developing and optimizing our online stores.

Our flat organizational structure and direct communication with all departments enable you to make decisions quickly. This allows you to implement tasks and ideas quickly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and further development of the technical setup of the online stores to ensure smooth functionality and performance
  • Leading feature development in the online store, taking into account customer feedback, market analysis and industry trends
  • Implementation and monitoring of marketing measures to increase traffic, conversion rate and sales in the online shop
  • Continuous content maintenance on the landing pages and product list pages to ensure topicality, consistency and relevance
  • Analyzing data and key figures to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and derive strategies for improvement

You bring with you:

  • Experience in webshop management and online marketing
  • Good understanding of content management and optimization on landing pages and product listing pages
  • Interest in independently shaping your own work area and optimizing processes
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
